Delivery Policy

Who delivers

Products bought through Kurom checkout are sold and delivered by the Kurom Shop named on the listing. Shops deliver within Ghana; the areas a shop delivers to are listed on the product page.

Delivery cost

• Each product shows its delivery price on the product page: Delivery GH₵X or Free delivery.
• The delivery fee is charged once per product in your order, not per unit, and is shown in your total at checkout before you pay.
• There are no extra delivery charges after you pay.

Delivery time

After you pay, the shop contacts you on the phone number you gave at checkout to confirm your address and a delivery time. If your order has not arrived within 7 days of payment and the shop has not agreed a later date with you, contact us and we will follow it up or refund you under our returns & refunds policy.

Problems with a delivery

Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, wrong or missing, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos.

Listings without checkout

Classified ads without an Add to cart button are arranged directly between you and the seller, usually as a Public Meetup. Kurom does not deliver these. Meet in a busy public place and check the item before you pay; see our safety tips.
